Jayne joined Navtec in 1992 and has worked in various areas of sales and customer service. Jayne supports our Navtec France division in Mandelieu, France as well as other domestic and international customer accounts. In additional to her duties on the sales and service team, Jayne assists our engineering and manufacturing groups managing engineering part definitions and bill of material structures in the Navtec ERP system, giving her an excellent understanding of the many Navtec products.

CJ grew up near the Connecticut shoreline enjoying sailing and racing in the waters from New York to Newport.  Over the years he sailed a wide variety of boats from Laser frostbiting to crewing on many offshore yachts logging many miles on boats such as “Trader” and maxi-boats such as “Congere” and “Boomerang”.

Over the past 5 years with Navtec, CJ has overseen the production of custom fiber rigging solutions for many of the world’s most successful, high-performance yachts including numerous maxis, Vendee Globe Open 60s, TP 52s, and AC72. It is this success combined with his extensive boating experience that has fueled his career growth to sales at Navtec.  In his current position, CJ is responsible for inside sales support of Navtec custom rigging with specialization in anti-torsion headstay systems.  CJ has a proven track record of success and is very dedicated to providing the best possible service to all Navtec customers and clients. 

​​​​Beau joined Navtec in 1992 and brings over 20 years of rigging and hydraulic experience to the Navtec sales and service team. He has sailed as a member of two America’s Cup campaigns; first with America II in the 1987 Australian America’s Cup and then with Bill Koch’s victorious A Cubed Team in 1992. In addition he has sailed in numerous regattas including many SORC, IOR 50, and IRC events. He also regularly participates in Key West, Block Island, and Bermuda races. Currently he sails on the 12 meter "Victory" out of  Newport, RI. Beau has been in charge of Navtec’s America’s Cup business since 1995 and also deals with the custom race hydraulic projects along with the agents on the Pacific Rim, Australia and New Zealand.
